Reservations
Appointments are strongly recommended.  We will call you two days before your reservation to confirm your date and time. A credit card number or gift card is required to reserve all spa and bridal packages and require a 48-hour cancellation notice to prevent a credit card charge equal to 25% of the missed services.


Punctuality
We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes before your service.  Arriving late will shorten your experience.  Please understand that your service will end on time as a courtesy to the next reservation.


Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved for you.  If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please honor the time of the staff and other guests by providing a 48-hour notice.  Failure to do so may result in a 25% service charge.


Privacy
During all body treatments, facials, and massages every effort is made to respect your modesty.  Careful draping for your relaxation and privacy is practiced at all times.  Robes and slippers are provided when appropriate.  City Looks Spa is a co-ed facility.


Children
Because we seek to provide guests with a quiet retreat from their hectic day-to-day schedules, we ask that you do not bring your children into the spa area.  Children in the salon must be well supervised.
